Archaeology up close – Museum of London, UK
Friday 21 May, 12-2pm
FREE

Learn about the impact of plastics on 20th century life as well as the difficulties they pose for archaeologists. Modern archaeology is increasingly encountering ‘new’ materials that changed everyday life in London. This session will focus on the plastic artefacts uncovered from the Museum of London’s 2005 Community Project in Shoreditch Park, many of which have never been on display before.
